The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has established the Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC) to enable comprehensive public health follow-up in response to the COVID-19 emergency. The CTC’s contact tracing work is an additional measure required to control the spread of COVID-19 authorized by the Department pursuant to 105 CMR 300.200. The contact tracers working for the CTC are acting on behalf of the Department of Public Health to request necessary demographic information, specifically: full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and race and ethnicity.
