Project Update 7/10/19

  • The Town's DPW will be on site today, and for the next few days, to relocate the fire hydrant at the corner of Thacher Street and Lincoln Street to the opposite side of the street in preparation of the roadway and sidewalk construction.

  • Due to changes in the geometry of the roadway at this location the new location of the hydrant will be slightly into the existing roadway, however this will only be a temporary condition until the changes have been made which will result in the hydrant ultimately being placed behind the new granite curbing.
