The Milton Health Department is moving its permits online to Permit Eyes!

Regarding: Annual Permit Renewals

Dear Milton Permit Holders

Permits for CY 2023 which are issued by the Milton Health Department are set to expire after December 31st of each year. Please complete your designated permit application online through Permit Eyes 20/20, our new online permitting system. Create a username and password and fill out the applicable application online.

Note: All Mobile Food Vendor (MFV) applications must be submitted 14 days prior to the date of the event, otherwise a permit will not be issued.

Visit the Health Department's Fee Schedule to determine the appropriate fee for your application.

You may pay online, by check money order. All checks should be made payable to the "Town of Milton."

Per Board of Health Regulations, Chapter 8, those permit holders that fail to renew and pay for annual permits by the renewal date will be required to pay a 50% increase over the original fee.
