Tree Plantings

For Milton's 360th anniversary, the Department of Public Works, along with help from the Shade Tree Advisory Committee and generous community donors, raised enough funds to plant 360 trees across town along neighborhood streets, main roads, and gateways.

Milton has since made a pledge to plant 150 street trees per year!

Street trees are essential to climate resiliency and sustainability, helping reduce the severity of heat islands and remove CO2 from the atmosphere.

We need your help to plant street trees! Request a street tree at your house by using the link below or clicking on the form. If the location is suitable, the DPW will plant a tree.
