Cunningham Park Playground Program
Dates: June 29th - Aug. 19th
8 WEEKS Cost: $475 Ages: 7 - 13
Our program is held at the Cunningham Park Monday thru Friday from 8:30am - 3:00pm for 8 weeks from June to August . In inclement weather the program is held at the Girl Scout House at Cunningham Park. We offer an exciting summer program full of games, swimming, sports, arts & crafts, special events, field trips, and supervised recreational activities. All children ages 7 thru 13 years of age are welcome to participate in the daily activities. Children must be 7 years of age before June 29 , 2009 to be eligible for our program. Proof of age and residency is required. Birth certificates are required for children under 8 years of age. This program includes 6 field trips, 2 field days, along with many special activities and events. Every child will be able to participate in daily recreation activities, including
baseball, softball, kickball, board games and swimming. An arts & crafts specialist will be on site daily offering projects and activities. A weekly calendar will be sent home informing parents of all upcoming events and activities. Special event activities will be offered weekly which may require a minimal fee. Supervised morning and afternoon swimming will be offered to those children enrolled in our program. Families must purchase a pool pass from Cunningham Hall and each child must have a tag in order to use the pool. Pool tags can be purchased at Cunningham Hall beginning June 22nd. Special Events: 2 Field Days, Imax Theatre, New England Sports Academy, Pizza Party, Starland, Ice Cream Sundae Party, Talent Show, Movie Days, Birthday Party, Piñata Party, and Picture Day.
