Milton is a member of the Smoke Free Communities Collaborative which includes the Board of Health staffs in Belmont, Brookline, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, and Wellesley. The goal of the collaborative is to focus on efforts of restricting youth access to tobacco products by complaince checks, merchant education and inspections, and reducing the public's exposure to secondhand smoke.
