The Wires and Maintenace division of the DPW is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the municipal fire alarm system, traffic signals, and public street lights, as well as maintenance of all Municipal buildings and grounds (excluding Schools and Parks). The Wires and Maintenance division is also responsible for the maintainence of munipal vehicles, including DPW vehicles and equipment, as well as Police and Fire apparatus.
