MILTON HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION DAY
SET FOR APRIL 29, 2006
On Saturday, April 29, 2006, the Milton Department of Public Works (DPW) will sponsor its annual Household Hazardous Waste Day for Milton residents from 8 a.m. to noon at the DPW Yard (629 Randolph Avenue). The collection is free except for waste oil ($1 per gallon) and car tires ($3 each). Residents will be asked for Milton identification.
Where possible, the hazardous materials should be left in their original containers. Containers should be put in sturdy boxes and placed in the trunk of your vehicle so that contents will be easy to remove. Residents must remain in their vehicles during the entire collection process.
