6:45 PM Public Hearing in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, ch. 40A,
1) To amend Section 10 of the General Bylaws, known as the Zoning Bylaws, Section IV C. “ Flood Plain District Regulations” with updated wording relating to the new FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps
2) To amend Section 10 of the General Bylaws, known as the Zoning Bylaws, by adding the following subsection N to Section VI, N. Historical Preservation Planned Unit Development
3) To see what sum of money the Town will vote to appropriate to update the Town’s Master Pl an under M.G.L. Chapter 41 Section 81D for the twelve month period beginning July 1, 2012; and to act on anything related thereto.
7:15 PM 131 Eliot Street Site Plan Review & Special Permit under PUD zoning expected discussion & review topics will include: updated Traffic Study, revised landscape plan, Zoning, & Massing Study
