Good morning,


With the year’s first major snow storm on our door step, the Warrant Committee has decided to cancel the All Day meeting which was planned for this Saturday February 9th.


The Warrant Committee will meet, Monday February 11th & Wednesday February 13th in the Carol Blute Conference room beginning at 6:30pm to start the process of balancing the

FY 2014 budget. The plan is to begin Monday night and whatever is not completed will be carried over to Wednesday night.


If you or your committee would like to further discuss your department’s FY 2014 budget or article appropriation with the Warrant Committee please email me back so that we can create an order of presentations to the Warrant Committee. Department head’s who feel as though they have presented their entire budget to the committee already, will not be expected to attend.


Please note: If your committee plans to attend Monday night’s meeting TODAY is the last day to post your committee meeting!!
